What Happens After You Contact Us

1. We call you back.

We’ll ask what your drains are doing (backups, slow drains, odors, leaks) and roughly how old the property is.

2. We schedule a free camera inspection.

A video camera goes down the line so you can see the actual condition of your pipe on screen.

3. You get an honest recommendation.

If lining is the right fix, you’ll get a per-linear-foot estimate, typically within 5% of the final measured footage. If your pipe is too far gone to line, we’ll tell you that instead.

4. You decide.

Nothing is scheduled and nothing is owed until you say yes. We don’t collect money before the work begins.

Frequently Asked Questions

Usually you don’t, not for certain, until someone looks inside the line. The common signs are repeated backups in the same drain, several slow drains at once, sewer odors indoors, or damp spots in the slab. Any of those in an older South Florida home is worth a look. The camera inspection is free, so you can find out what condition your pipe is in before spending anything.

Nothing. The camera inspection and the estimate are free, and there’s no obligation to move forward.

Repeated drain backups, slow drains, sewer odors, cracked or corroded cast iron, tree root intrusion, and leaks under slab foundations. We line cast iron, clay, concrete, Orangeburg, and most other rigid drain and sewer pipe.

Yes. We install the most innovative pipe lining technologies on the market. Epoxy coating is great as a preventive measure or in pipes as small as 2 inches in diameter or greater. Cured-in-place pipe lining builds a new, seamless pipe inside your existing cast iron, so the old pipe becomes a protective outer shell instead of being removed. Both technologies carry a transferable 50-year warranty.

No. The work is done through existing access points where the main drain leaves the house, so your tile, terrazzo, hardwood, driveway, and landscaping stay intact.

Your address, roughly when the property was built, and a short description of what you’re seeing: which drains back up, how often, and any odors or damp spots. That’s enough for us to tell you whether an inspection makes sense.
