Cured-in-place pipe (CIPP) lining fixes underground sewer lines for 50+ years!
Our cured-in-place pipe lining technique delivers results that can last for over 50 years. It’s also 30 to 40% cheaper than traditional pipe replacement, and we can complete the repairs with minimal disruption to your property.
The Cured-In-Place Pipe Lining Process Our pipe lining experts take a custom approach to every job, but the process generally involves a few standard steps. We’ll use specialized cameras to inspect the inside of your pipes and find the cause of the leak or clog. Then our team will:
Clean the pipe to remove any debris that might disrupt the lining process. Measure the pipe to determine the right amount of resin and materials to use. Pour a resin mixture into a liner and roll it out. Load the impregnated liner and calibration tube and insert it through the damaged pipe’s access point. Ensure proper insertion of the liner and use pressurized air to speed up the bonding of the resin to the host pipe. After the resin hardens, a new pipe will form inside the old one and will be ready for use!
